ob als wilder punk oder durchgestylter neo-dandy, der bart und der schnauz erfreuen sich grossser beliebtheit in der modewelt. sie werden kultiviert, getrimmt, gestutzt, geölt, gewaschen und wachsen gelassen. sie stehen für individualismus und freiheit, für gepflegtheit und style aber auch für verwahrlosung und sozialen abstieg, bis hin zu religiösem fanatismus.

ich frage mich, was für junge menschen heutzutage bewusst haare im gesicht tragen, was ihre motivation dazu ist und wie sich das schnauz- und barttragen zum restlichen erscheinungsbild verhält.
erkenne ich nur anhand des bartes oder des schnauzes, wie die person gekleidet ist?

i ask myself, what kind of young people nowadays are choosing hairs in their face?
what their motivation is and the relation to the rest to their appearance?
